Greg Touliatos & Associates, Inc. is a team of licensed design professionals from various fields of horticulture, floriculture and construction. We believe a beautiful project starts with a well thought out plan and comprehensive design process.

The first step of the design process is a scheduled appointment with the landscape designer at the project location. The initial site consultation is the time the client discusses their needs and wants. Over the years we have found that photographs or magazine illustrations can be great aid in communicating your ideas to us. The charge for the site design consultation is $75.00 for 45 minutes on site. This includes all areas in Shelby County. (For areas beyond Shelby County, drive time will be charges at $50.00 per hour.)

Our design team specializes in listening and understanding your needs. We incorporate expertise from our various design backgrounds along with sound biology, the existing site considerations, and your budget. The result is a custom tailored set of documents including design drawings and a detailed itemized proposal for the entire scope of your project. The plans can range from multi page rendered scale drawings, to simple letter or legal size rendered drawings. The charge for all drawings and their coordinating project documents is $50.00 per hour.

The standard residential design process is usually covered in the initial $75.00 site consultation, and 1-5 hours of design/drawing time. Larger master plans and detail drawings require more time. The clietn is informed in advanced if the project requires more than the average planning described. A "Design Service Agreement" with an estimated range of the time required is prepared and signed by the client prior to commencement of this phase.

The site consultation and design fees are due upon receipt and can be paid with Visa/MasterCard or by check. For clietns scheduling their work to proceed within 60 days of the design invoice, the $75.00 site consultation and the first $50.00 of design time are credited back to the client.
